good location helpful staff musty smell unhelpful solution
The location was good. I was close to many restaurants and trams. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided bottled water in the room. An electric kettle with coffee and tea was also available.
My room smelled musty. I think it smelled of mold and dampness. The receptionist offered to turn on a dehumidifier. It did not help.

excellent shower convenient hotel
The shower was definitely excellent. It was also a bonus to find refreshed water and toiletries daily in the room, i really appreciated that attention to detail. The hotel is really convenient and served every need .

friendly staff quiet room bottled water
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. my room was quiet, amazing. they provided an electric kettle in the room. coffee, tea, and bottled water, i appreciated these!
The bathroom ventilation could be improved. I'm not sure if there was a fan.
